Singapore Airlines (SIA) has opened ticket sales for its route between Madrid and Singapore via Barcelona, marking its return to the Spanish capital after more than two decades without a direct connection. This link positions itself as a key strategic bridge for tourism and business between Spain, Southeast Asia, and the Southwest Pacific region.

The airline will operate five weekly frequencies structured on a route linking Singapore with Madrid via Barcelona.

This expansion is part of the company’s plan to progressively increase frequencies between major European metropolises, designed to meet growing passenger demand and boost global connectivity through its Singapore hub.
