Ryanair announced today its customer service statistics for the month of August, reporting that 97% of the flights were on time during this month.

In addition, the airline has also announced the monthly statistics of its tool “Evaluate my flight”, which shows that 91% of the nearly 90,000 passengers who participated, valued their experience with the company as ‘Excellent/Very Good/Good’. In this context, a high score was given to the categories of crew friendliness (94%), onboard service (92%), variety of food and drink on board (85%) and boarding (88%).

“The Ryanair Group transported nearly 7 million customers in August. We are happy that 97% of our flights landed on time”, said Dara Brady, Marketing & Digital Director of Ryanair.
