The National Institute of Civil Aeronautics (INAC) reported on Monday the opening of commercial air operations from and to Russia and Bolivia as of November 23, adding to the destinations of Mexico, Dominican Republic, Iran, Turkey and Panama, according to NOTAM C0994/20 and A0458/20.

This Sunday the executive president of the Venezuelan Airline Association (ALAV), Humberto Figuera, confirmed that the INAC authorized the resumption of commercial flights to Margarita Island from Maiquetía, Valencia and Maracaibo.
