For the fifth consecutive year, Glassdoor has recognized Delta Air Lines as one of the “Best Companies for Work” in 2021. The airline was ranked number 7 on the list of 100 large companies, the highest rank Delta has ever received.

The list is based solely on input from employees who voluntarily provide anonymous information about their jobs, work environment, and other important workplace characteristics.

“Our people really took us to the year 2020 and will continue to lead Delta’s recovery with the agility, dedication and service commitment for which they are known. This recognition honors all the ways Delta’s people rise to every challenge and together build a culture that is strengthened every day,” said Stephanie Asbury, S.V.P. Global Talent.
During the one-year eligibility period, employers considered for the grand list must have received at least 75 qualifications for each of eight workplace attributes, such as overall company rating, career opportunities, compensation and benefits, culture and values, senior management, work/life balance, recommendation to a friend and six-month business perspective.
