The National Institute of Civil Aeronautics (INAC) informed this Monday that it authorized the reopening of flights to Panama and the Dominican Republic, and ratified that it will maintain commercial air operations between Venezuela and the countries of Turkey, Mexico and Bolivia, according to NOTAM C0061/2021 and A0029/21.
