Copa Airlines increases flights to Venezuela.

Copa Airlines announced this Friday that, as of April 30, 2021, it will expand its air operations between Panama and Venezuela, offering new flights to and from the cities of Caracas and Maracaibo.

Panama-Caracas-Panama route will have 6 weekly frequencies (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays).

Panama-Maracaibo-Panama flights will be operated three times a week (Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays).

Panama-Valencia-Panama route will be maintained with 2 weekly frequencies (Mondays and Fridays).

The airline reminded that it is the responsibility of passengers traveling with Copa Airlines to know and comply with all travel requirements established by the countries where the airline flies. In this regard, all persons traveling to Venezuela must present a Negative PCR Test performed in laboratories duly authorized by the sanitary (health) authorities of the country of origin (does not apply to children up to two years of age), no later than 72 hours prior to arrival at the destination airport within the Venezuelan national territory. They must also comply with additional proof requirements upon arrival in Venezuela.

Passengers wishing to purchase tickets for these routes, make changes in accordance with current commercial policies or learn about upcoming flights may do so through the airline’s sales offices, the airline’s Call Center or at Copa.com.
