Peru: SKY temporarily suspends flights to Arequipa.

Given the measures decreed by the Peruvian government, the airline SKY announces that it will temporarily suspend its flights on the Arequipa route from Monday, June 21 to Monday, July 5.

In view of this measure, the company has activated its Passenger Protection Plan to assist impacted travelers. For those who have tickets on the Arequipa route and on the dates of the restriction, support measures are offered such as rescheduling without payment of penalty or fare difference, to fly during the next 12 months. The modification of the trip may be made up to 30 days after the original flight date.

  • Passengers who purchased their tickets on SKY’s website can request changes through the Contact Center (+51 391 3600) or through the web form.
  • Those who made their reservations through travel agencies, must request the change directly to them, under the same conditions (without penalty or fare difference).

The airline informed that the other routes continue to operate normally, in line with the provisions defined by the competent authorities, as well as the highest safety standards of the aviation industry.
