Canadian airline Air Transat inaugurated Monday its non-stop flights to Los Angeles from Montreal.

The route will be operated until the end of October three times a week, on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, on Airbus A321LR aircraft.

Air Transat opens direct route between Montreal and Amsterdam.

This Thursday, Air Transat will also inaugurate its non-stop service between Montreal and San Francisco, which will operate twice weekly.

“We are delighted to operate this route and bring passengers to a multi-faceted city that is known for its many tourist attractions, but also represents an excellent gateway to the rest of California,” said Joseph Adamo, Transat’s Director of Sales and Marketing. “The new flight shows our commitment to developing the cross-border market and offering new destinations to travelers looking to discover and experience.”
