Aerolineas Argentinas confirmed the arrival in the country of a new Boeing 737 MAX that is added to its short and medium range fleet.
This is the fourth aircraft to join the airline so far this year.
Coming from Boeing Field in Seattle and with a stopover in Punta Cana, the plane landed in Argentina last Thursday. In the next few days it will be transferred to the workshops that FADEA (Argentina Aircraft Factory) has in Córdoba. There it will be painted with the insignia, brand and colors of Aerolineas Argentinas since it was received with the “livery” of a foreign company that finally did not execute aircraft purchase order.

The Boeing 737 MAX have a configuration of 170 seats (162 in Economy and 8 in Business Class), and “Boeing Sky” interior design.
“Each plane that arrives means a considerable increase in the weekly supply of seats. This speaks to us of an airline that grows at the rate of demand and is accompanied by a responsible fleet plan that adjusts to our needs,” said Pablo Ceriani, president of Aerolineas Argentinas.
This is the seventh aircraft of its type and the second so far this year to be added to the Aerolineas Argentinas fleet.
