Air Europa and Kuwait Airways announced Thursday that they have reached a code-share agreement that will become effective in the coming months and that will allow passengers to travel on the three direct weekly flights that Kuwait Airways currently operates between Madrid and Kuwait, as well as on other routes of this airline to other European cities, such as Amsterdam and Rome.
As part of this new partnership, Kuwait Airways also announced that, as of January 2023, it will increase the number of weekly flights between Madrid and Kuwait from three to four.

This alliance will also allow Kuwait Airways to strengthen its presence in the Americas, including its code on Air Europa’s transatlantic flights connecting Madrid with Cancun, Miami, São Paulo and Bogota.
In addition, the Kuwaiti airline will also be present on routes connecting the Spanish capital with all domestic routes and international destinations such as Porto, Lisbon and Marrakech.
