Spirit Airlines announced that it will offer direct flights between Connecticut and Jamaica beginning December 15.
The new route, which will connect Bradley International Airport with Montego Bay, will operate four weekly frequencies on Airbus A320 aircraft.

“Spirit Airlines is pleased to launch our first international flight from Bradley International Airport. We sincerely appreciate our association with the airport and the opportunities for growth since the service launched in 2017,” said John Kirby, vice president of network planning for Spirit Airlines.
In addition to existing flights to Orlando, Miami and Myrtle Beach, the airline will also offer nonstop service to Tampa and Fort Myers for the winter travel season.
