The Venezuelan state airline Conviasa is currently working on the recovery and maintenance of an ATR 42 aircraft, which will soon be operational on domestic routes, according to the Minister of Transportation, Ramón Velásquez Araguayán.

“Thanks to the efforts of Conviasa’s Aeronautical Maintenance Organization, very soon the ATR 42 aircraft will start operating to fulfill routes of national tourist interest”, stated Velásquez Araguayán through his twitter account.
Conviasa has routes to Porlamar, Barcelona, San Fernando de Apure, Puerto Ordaz, Puerto Ayacucho, Los Roques, El Vigía, Maturín, Maracaibo, Las Piedras, Barquisimeto, among others.
