Volotea is launching a new exclusive route linking Bilbao Airport with its new base at Florence Airport. The flights will start operating on April 8, 2023 and will offer around 20,000 seats on more than 120 flights. This connection will have a frequency of two flights a week, on Tuesdays and Saturdays.
The airline will offer from Bilbao Airport during 2023 a total of 16 domestic and international routes to Alicante, Athens, Coruña, Cagliari, Ibiza, Mallorca, Marrakech (from May 2023), Menorca, Malaga, Naples, Porto, Rome (from April 2023), Seville, Valencia and Venice.

Volotea is also celebrating the inauguration of its new base in Florence, where it expects to offer more than 300,000 seats and around 2,000 flights over the next year. Bilbao joins the 8 routes that Volotea will offer from the Italian airport: Bari, Bordeaux, Cagliari, Catania, Sardinia, Palermo, Nantes and Toulouse.
