Iberia Express will operate 27 routes this summer

Iberia Express announced last Thursday its route schedule for the 2023 summer season, which will start the last weekend of March and run until the end of October.

The airline’s capacity (measured in seats) for this season will be 10% higher than the same period in 2022 and especially reinforces routes to the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands and European cities. Among the 27 domestic and international routes it will operate in summer, some destinations stand out, such as Crete, Bari and Malaga, Iceland, or European capitals like London, Paris, Amsterdam, Berlin, Dublin and Copenhagen.

Among this year’s novelties, Iberia Express announces that it is bringing back the route between Madrid and Edinburgh from June 18 until September, with up to two weekly frequencies, and incorporating a new route to Tel Aviv with two daily frequencies from Madrid as of March 26.

In the United Kingdom, it also has two daily frequencies to London (Gatwick) and three weekly flights to Manchester.

In the case of Italy, Iberia Express repeats the route between Madrid and Bari, with two weekly frequencies, from June 16 to September 9, and also has ten weekly flights to and from Naples throughout the season.

In France, in addition to flights to Paris – Charles de Gaulle, with a frequency of up to 2 flights a day, Iberia Express is committed to the route to Lyon, with up to three flights a day, doubling the frequencies compared to the previous summer.

Taking advantage of the summer season, the airline offers flights to Iceland, with two weekly frequencies, from March 29 to October 28. Another very attractive destination is Crete, in Greece, with two flights a week, from June 16 to September 8.

The Iberia Express flight offer for the summer season also includes flights from Madrid to European capitals such as Amsterdam, with two daily flights, Berlin, with between two and three daily flights, Dublin, with up to thirteen weekly frequencies, and Copenhagen, with ten weekly frequencies.
