Similarly, Volotea aims to promote international job opportunities. Therefore, the airline will implement a Relocation Plan that will facilitate international mobility. Thus, it will promote the recruitment of Spanish professionals who wish to develop professionally from one of its bases in France.
“We are very pleased with our 2023 employment plans. This year, in Spain, we plan to operate 17,000 flights on 107 routes, the largest offering since the airline was created in 2011. Therefore, we are reinforcing our workforce in Spain and France and, in addition, Volotea will offer relocation facilities for those professionals interested in moving to France to participate in this international job opportunity.” assures Carlos Muñoz, CEO and Founder of Volotea. “It is important for us to promote job creation and, in particular, to attract and retain young and female talent. At Volotea, 66.78% of our flight attendants are currently women, and 69.57% are under 30 years old,” adds Muñoz.
