Club Premier, Aeromexico’s loyalty program, is being revamped and will now be called Aeromexico Rewards.
Club Premier was the first frequent flyer program in Latin America and over time became one of the most important in Mexico. It was founded in 1992, in alliance with several groups, and it was not until 2010 that it began to operate independently, to be fully integrated into the ranks of Grupo Aeroméxico in 2022.

“Last year, and after nearly a decade, we regained full control of our loyalty program, and in doing so we knew we had a huge commitment to continue building an innovative, industry-leading brand and elevating the customer experience. The evolution to Aeromexico Rewards will allow us to have an exciting and easy-to-use program,” said Andres Conesa, CEO of the company.
Some of the benefits that will be in effect as of April 10 include:
• Points never expire: Customers can now accumulate Points with the peace of mind that they will be available whenever they need them.
• Fewer Points to enjoy their trips: Redemption prices to many of the most popular destinations have been lowered, and now program members can travel Mexico for as little as 10,000 Points -on single trips during the low season-, whereas before it was as low as 14,000 Points.
• Improves the travel experience: It is now possible to redeem points for checked baggage, seat assignments, contribute to offsetting emissions through the Vuela Verde program and more.
Aeromexico Rewards not only evolves in benefits and image, it also simplifies the digital experience by allowing customers to do more through the aeromexico.com portal and mobile app.
