Avianca announced a new direct route that will connect San Salvador (El Salvador) and Las Vegas (USA) as of July 15, 2023.
The route will operate three weekly frequencies (Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays) on Airbus A320neo aircraft, with fares starting at US$517 round trip (including taxes).

Flights will depart San Salvador at 09:00, landing in Las Vegas at 13:25 (local time). From McCarran International Airport it will take off at 14:45, arriving in the Salvadoran capital at 20:50 (local time).
“The Latino community is one of the most important in the United States, so we want to provide the best options to connect with the region,” said Avianca’s director of sales for North, Central America and the Caribbean, Rolando Damas. “In addition, we know that Central America is increasingly positioning itself as an attractive travel destination for U.S. travelers.”
