Aerolíneas Argentinas launched this Wednesday its new route between Aeroparque Internacional Jorge Newbery and Reconquista, Santa Fe.
The new route will operate two weekly frequencies (Wednesdays and Saturdays) in Embraer 190 aircraft.
“We are very happy to add one more destination to our network, which already includes 39 destinations, the largest number of domestic destinations that Aerolíneas has had in its history. Opening a new airport is a very happy event for everyone, for the community, because it generates another projection and a lot of new possibilities to do business, to develop the regional economy and for the development of the province”, said Pablo Ceriani, president of Aerolíneas Argentinas.

This is the third new domestic route to be added by Aerolíneas Argentinas, after Puerto Madryn and Merlo were added last year. At the same time, a new inter-leg between Rosario and Reconquista has been added. Thus, the company now operates 39 domestic routes, 46 intertramos or federal routes and 21 international destinations.
From Rosario, the airline operates to Bariloche 3 times a week, to Buenos Aires 20 times a week, to Iguazú 3 times a week, to Mendoza 4 times a week and to Salta 3 times a week. It also operates summer season flights to Mar del Plata and Rio de Janeiro. In the case of the city of Santa Fe, the company operates 12 weekly flights.
