Dominican airline Arajet announced on Monday that tickets for its new route between Santo Domingo and Toronto are available on promotion from today until July 12 for US$86 each way (taxes and fees not included).
The new route will operate from October 24, 4 days a week: Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday, with different schedules and with the facility to connect Toronto with other destinations in South America, Central America and the Caribbean to be communicated soon.

“We are launching the first direct route from Santo Domingo to Toronto operated by a national airline, with the best fare, in brand new airplanes and with the best service on board” said Victor Pacheco Mendez, CEO and founder of Arajet.
In addition, this new flight will reinforce the country’s tourism strategy, as Canada is the second largest tourist source country for the Dominican Republic.
