“Today, Arajet makes history as the first Dominican airline to fly regularly to Canada, providing new opportunities to grow business and tourism between our two nations. The airline also establishes Santo Domingo as an exciting new Hub on the continent for Canadians, connecting them to more than 10 countries in the Americas, such as Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Curacao, Aruba and Colombia, with a low-fare airline that does not compromise on service and customer experience,” commented Victor Pacheco, founder and CEO of Arajet.
In this way, Arajet continues to expand throughout the Americas, with a network of 22 destinations in 16 countries and more than 150 connections. Over the next five years, the airline expects to transport more than 7 million passengers through its Santo Domingo hub.
