Laser Airlines Loyalty Program introduces new benefits
In its ongoing quest to offer more and better services, the Venezuelan airline Laser Airlines offers its passengers new benefits in its frequent flyer program, Laser Club.
Personalized and preferential attention, recognized allies, exclusive communication channels and travel planning guidance, as well as affiliation privileges in its four membership categories, Green, Silver, Gold and Black, have been part of the program’s offerings since its launch phase.
Starting in October, passengers with 5,000 accrued miles will be able to purchase additional miles and redeem them for airline tickets on Laser Airlines’ domestic and international routes. With the new functionality, it is possible to purchase from 500 to 24 thousand miles and, in addition, transfer them to affiliated family or friends, with an amount between 1,000 and 15,000 miles.

“These innovative purchase and transfer options allow us to expand our attractive offerings for those who prefer to fly with us. Since the beginning of Laser Club, we have been committed to designing innovative services to recognize the loyalty of our passengers. Therefore, after listening to their needs and one year after the launch of the program, we have incorporated these benefits,” said Eliana Verkooke, Marketing Director of Laser Airlines.
To proceed, members must select the number of miles to be purchased at laserclub.com.ve, section “My club”. As a next step, they can check the miles they need at the time of redeeming the ticket on the preferred route and request a quote by writing to the email laserclub@laser.com.ve or WhatsApp number +58-412-3035302.
Laser Club members in the Gold and Black categories, as well as passengers traveling in the airline’s business class, have direct access to this preferential treatment provided by the VIP lounges at Maiquetía International Airport (AeroVip and Sabana Lounge), El Dorado in Bogotá (Dorado Lounge) and Tocumen in Panama (Global Lounge Network), which allow them to enjoy a comfortable and pleasant wait until the departure of their flights.
