Viva Aerobus announces new routes to Miami and Orlando
Mexican low-cost airline Viva Aerobus announced the launch of two new routes to Miami and one to Orlando starting in July 2024.
The first to be inaugurated will be the Monterrey-Miami route on July 1, which will operate three weekly frequencies (Monday, Wednesday and Friday). On the same day, flights between Merida and Orlando will begin with three flights per week.

Starting July 2, the airline will fly between Mérida and Miami four times a week (Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays).
These routes will be operated on Airbus A320 and A321 aircraft, which have capacity for 186 and 240 passengers, respectively.
“We are excited to begin flying to new cities in the United States as part of our major expansion strategy in this country, encouraging passengers to take advantage of our increased connectivity, low fares and modern fleet,” said Juan Carlos Zuazua, CEO of Viva Aerobus. ”
Based in Monterrey, Viva Aerobus began operations in 2006 and expects to operate 190 daily flights by 2024.
