Turkish Airlines inaugurated flights between Istanbul and Detroit, its thirteenth destination in the United States, on Wednesday.
The route will operate three weekly frequencies on Boeing 787-9 aircraft, which have capacity for 300 passengers; 30 in Business Class and 270 in Economy. Beginning December 25, 2023, the airline will increase flights to four a week.

We have brought two great cities, Istanbul and Detroit, closer by starting this direct flight. With this new route, Turkish Airlines increases its network to 345 destinations.
