Wingo launched this Monday its new route between Medellin (Colombia) and Caracas (Venezuela), which will begin operations on January 16, 2024.
The airline will offer flights between José María Córdova International Airport, which serves Medellín, and Maiquetia International Airport, which serves Caracas, initially three times a week (Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday). In total, there will be 4,500 seats per month between the two routes.

Fares start at US$ 99 one way, and include one personal item and one 23 kg suitcase.

Wingo increases capacity between Bogota and Caracas
As of Monday, December 18, 2023, the airline will increase one frequency on the Bogotá – Caracas – Bogotá route to four weekly flights, representing a 33% increase in seat capacity.
