Flybondi has developed an exclusive section on its website for passengers with disabilities

Follow us on social media and always stay updated

After conducting an accessibility diagnosis of the entire travel experience, the Argentine airline Flybondi developed a specific section on its website for people with disabilities. In this way, all relevant information for passengers with disabilities is available in a simpler and more complete way and helps to better prepare them for the flight.

In this new section you can find key information such as who should travel with a companion, what aids should be carried on the plane and how, as well as the time required to get to the airport for domestic and international flights, among others.

Aerolineas Argentinas will operate more than 330 daily flights during the high winter season

“For us it is very important to have clear and accessible information from the beginning, as it facilitates the entire flight process, improves our service and the experience of our passengers,” said Lucia Ginzo, Director of Corporate Affairs and Sustainability at Flybondi. She added: “Since we started with our Sustainability and Social Impact strategy, we have been committed to ensuring that everyone has the same freedom to fly, that is why listening and diagnosis is a key point to adjust and rethink our processes”.

Flybondi implemented its Sustainability and Social Impact strategy in 2022, which encompasses three axes: Inclusion, Climate Action and Communities. Recently, the low cost airline incorporated Argentine sign language communication for deaf people who can access informative videos for the different stages of the air travel.
