After three years of operation, Amazon Mexico in alliance with Aeromexico, expands its transportation network with the airline’s air cargo division to meet the growing demand of its customers throughout the country. This collaboration guarantees greater speed, reducing the delivery time of thousands of packages daily by up to two days.
By the end of 2024, the millions of parcels transported by air will have tripled compared to 2021, with volume growth of more than 200% each year.
“Investing in infrastructure and technology significantly improves efficiency and thus customer satisfaction; therefore, we are constantly looking for key partners such as Aeromexico, whose experience adds to our goal of raising the quality of service and continuing to innovate for our customers,” said Jesus Elizondo, Director of Operations for Transportation at Amazon Mexico.
