British Airways resumes flights to Bangkok, Thailand
British Airways resumed flights between London-Gatwick and Bangkok on Monday after more than four years without flying to Thailand.
Flights will initially operate three times a week, increasing to five times a week in January and February, and to four times a week in March. The Boeing 777 will cover the route, which offers three classes: World Traveller (Economy), World Traveller Plus (Premium Economy) and Club World (Business Class).

“We know Bangkok has been a long-awaited route for our customers, so we are delighted to see it back on our global route map,” said Neil Chernoff, British Airways’ Director of Planning and Strategy.
The airline also recently announced the expansion of its codeshare partnership with Bangkok Airways, offering customers the opportunity to connect seamlessly to five destinations from Bangkok: Koh Samui, Phuket, Chiang Mai, Phnom Penh and Siem Reap.
British Airways confirmed that it will resume flights to Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia) on April 1, 2025 with a daily flight from London-Heathrow.
