Porter Airlines inaugurated Thursday a new route connecting Toronto Pearson International Airport to Phoenix, Arizona.
The new nonstop route will operate one daily flight in Embraer E195-E2 aircraft, which have a single-class capacity of 132 passengers in a 2-2 configuration, with no intermediate seats.

Flights will depart Toronto at 10:00, arriving in Phoenix at 12:00 (local time). From the Arizona state capital they will take off at 13:00, landing at Pearson Airport at 20:05 (local time).
“This inaugural flight from Toronto to Phoenix adds to Porter’s growing presence in the western U.S., now with service to Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Palm Springs, San Diego and San Francisco,” said Kevin Jackson, president of Porter Airlines.
The airline will offer free WiFi on these flights for all passengers and includes a selection of snacks, beer and wine.For priority check-in, extra legroom seating, premium pre-mixed cocktails and fresh, healthy meals are available with PorterReserve all-inclusive fares or purchased a la carte with PorterClassic fares.
