Canada’s Porter Airlines announced Thursday that it will offer nonstop flights to San Diego and Palm Springs from Toronto-Pearson beginning in December.
The route to San Diego will operate year-round beginning December 9, with four flights per week. To Palm Springs will be a seasonal winter service, beginning December 12, with three frequencies per week.
The new routes will be operated on Embraer E195-E2 aircraft, which have a single-class capacity of 132 passengers in a 2-2 configuration, with no intermediate seats.

The airline will offer free WiFi on these flights for all passengers and includes a selection of snacks, beer and wine.For priority check-in, extra legroom seating, premium pre-mixed cocktails and fresh, healthy meals are available with PorterReserve all-inclusive fares or purchased a la carte with PorterClassic fares.
Porter will now fly nonstop from Toronto-Pearson to four cities in California: Los Angeles, Palm Springs, San Diego and San Francisco.
