Insignia by Avianca is the new Business Class experience on flights operated on Boeing 787 Dreamliner aircraft to and from Europe, with a proposal that highlights comfort and exclusivity in every detail.
One of the main attributes of Insignia by Avianca are the Business Class Flatbed seats, which, in addition to allowing a 180° recline, also offer greater privacy and space during the flight, as well as access to the entertainment system on integrated 16-inch screens.
Gastronomy also has a privileged place in this experience, with a menu created by Colombian chefs Álvaro Clavijo and Catalina Vélez, recognized in the most recent version of The Best Chef Awards, available on all flights from Bogotá to Europe. Through this collaboration, both pay tribute to local flavors and ingredients with haute cuisine techniques for a unique dining experience at 36,000 feet.

In addition, as part of the comfort elements, an Amenity Kit with collectible cases designed by the Mola Sasa brand, with the support of the Gunadule indigenous community, and products from Loto del Sur, will be delivered, thus enhancing the well-being on board.
“Insignia by Avianca is a proposal that goes beyond luxury and comfort, it is also a platform to exalt the best of the gastronomic talent, culture and biodiversity of Colombia and Latin America. We have designed an experience that redefines our Business Class service to and from Europe, in a unique encounter between innovation and tradition,” said Manuel Ambriz, Avianca’s Chief Commercial Officer.
Insignia by Avianca will be available on routes:
- Between Bogotá and: London, Paris, Madrid and Barcelona.
- Between Cali and Madrid.
