Copa Airlines was recognized by CIRIUM as “Latin America’s Most Punctual Airline” in 2024, an award the company has received for the tenth time.

The “On-Time Performance (OTP)” report by CIRIUM reveals that Copa Airlines achieved an 88.22% on-time arrival rate, an unmatched record in the Americas. This milestone underscores the company’s commitment to providing reliable and efficient connectivity across the region.
Operational Resilience: Key Factors
Despite significant challenges, such as the temporary suspension of its Boeing 737 MAX 9 fleet in January 2024 and the cancellation of flights to Venezuela in August, Copa Airlines maintained an outstanding itinerary compliance rate of 98.73%. This achievement places the airline among those with the lowest cancellation rates on the continent.
