Emirates, the globally renowned airline for luxury and excellence, has unveiled a new uniform for its Premium and VIP Services team at Dubai International Airport. This elite team, responsible for catering to high-profile passengers, showcases Emirates’ commitment to providing an unparalleled aviation experience.

A Stylish Design for World-Class Service

The uniform, designed in-house by Emirates’ uniform standards team, captures the essence of Emirati culture and the global sophistication of the airline. Available in three variations, it includes an elegant A-line skirt suit and a pantsuit for women, as well as a three-piece suit for men.

The signature sand-colored uniform evokes the desert dunes of the United Arab Emirates, complemented by red accents such as the collar, cuffs, and the iconic red hat with a gold Emirates logo pin. Women also wear a cream chiffon scarf and red leather accessories designed for both functionality and style.

A Multicultural Team Dedicated to Excellence

The team, comprised of 145 highly trained members, includes 120 Ambassadors and additional operational staff at the control center. Representing over 50 nationalities and speaking multiple languages, they reflect the diversity of international passengers traveling through Dubai. This group manages more than 150,000 VIP and First-Class passengers annually, delivering flawless services ranging from priority security to luxurious transportation in vehicles like the Mercedes Viano.

Elite Clients and High-Profile Events

The clientele enjoying these services includes members of royal families, presidents, ministers, celebrities, athletes, actors, and global influencers. Additionally, the team meticulously prepares for major international events such as Formula 1, the Dubai Film Festival, the G20 Summit, and the World Government Summit.

A Day in the Life of the Premium and VIP Services Team

The day begins at the control center, where the team is briefed on the expected Premium and VIP passenger movements. Operations are divided into two main groups:

  • The VIP team, managing pickups, drop-offs, lounge access, and arrival formalities.
  • The Premium team, specializing in seamless connections for First-Class passengers.

Both teams uphold the highest standards of privacy and security, navigating tight schedules and unexpected challenges with critical thinking and meticulous planning.

The day concludes with daily operational reports and a seamless handover to the next shift, ensuring continuity in service.

It is important to note that these services are not available for booking and are provided complimentary. First-Class passengers connecting at DXB automatically receive Premium services, while VIP services are assigned at the discretion of Emirates’ VIP management team based on strict eligibility criteria.
