Premium Experience on All Flights
Starting in June 2025, all flights from O’Hare will be operated with larger, dual-class aircraft, allowing passengers to choose a premium cabin on every flight. There will be a 40% increase in premium seats compared to the previous summer.
Additionally, American operates three Admirals Clubs and one Flagship Lounge at O’Hare, where customers can relax or work with free Wi-Fi and locally inspired food and beverage options. The Flagship® Lounge offers an even more exclusive experience with a specialty cocktail bar, premium wine table, shower suites, and personalized service.
Exclusive Gastronomic Experience
Since 2019, American has collaborated with chefs from the James Beard Foundation to offer regional dishes in its Flagship Lounges. At the airport, Chef Sarah Gruenberg presents a chicken scaloppine with wild mushrooms, vermouth, and Dijon, highlighting the flavors and seasonal products of the Midwest.
Innovation in Customer Experience
American has implemented new boarding technology at O’Hare to ensure customers board according to their assigned group and to provide greater visibility to staff during the process.
