Cirium, the specialist firm in aviation sector analysis, published its monthly report on the punctuality performance of airlines in February 2025. Aeroméxico once again secured the top spot in the “Global Airlines” category, with 92.87% of its flights on time.

In North America, Southwest Airlines was the most punctual with 82.27%, followed by Spirit Airlines in second place with 81.77%, and Delta Air Lines in third with 80.55%.
In Latin America, Aeroméxico took first place with 92.87%, followed by Copa Airlines with 92.33%, Brazil’s GOL with 88.15%, Avianca with 84.86%, and Caribbean Airlines with 83.42%.

In Europe, Iberia ranked first with 91.25%, followed by Austrian Airlines with 90.65%, and Air Europa with 89.71%.
In Asia-Pacific, Cathay Pacific took the top spot with 84.96%, followed by Hainan Airlines with 82.41%, and Virgin Australia in third place with 82.21%.
In the Middle East and Africa, Safair came in first with 95.66%, Royal Jordanian second with 87.69%, and Qatar Airways third with 87.24%.
In the “Low-Cost Airlines” category, Vueling took first place with 89.35%, followed by Brazil’s GOL with 88.15%, and Eurowings with 86.73%.
