Delta Air Lines is making a strong bet on the South American market by enhancing its connection between Atlanta and Buenos Aires. Starting November 19, the airline will not only double the frequency of flights on this key route but will also introduce a state-of-the-art aircraft to elevate the onboard experience.
More Travel Options Between Atlanta and Buenos Aires
To meet the growing demand during the Southern Hemisphere’s summer season, Delta will add a second daily flight between Atlanta and Buenos Aires. This additional service will operate three times a week from November 19 to December 9. Then, from December 10 to January 18, 2026, it will become daily, coinciding with the peak travel period. From January 19 to March 28, 2026, the frequency will revert to three times a week.
The second flight will be operated using a Boeing 767-400ER, allowing passengers to depart Buenos Aires during the day and seamlessly connect to over 140 destinations worldwide via Delta’s Atlanta hub.

Technology and Comfort: The New Airbus A330-900neo
In addition to increased frequencies, Delta will upgrade its regular fleet on the Atlanta-Buenos Aires route with the Airbus A330-900neo, replacing the older A330-300. This next-generation aircraft improves both efficiency and onboard comfort. Its standout features include:
