Aeropuertos Argentina, through its VIPCLUB brand, has just inaugurated a new VIP Lounge at Ezeiza International Airport in Buenos Aires. With high-level investment and design, this premium space stands out not only for its aesthetics and services but also for its personalized approach tailored to the demands of today’s travelers.

Three Levels, an Unparalleled Experience

Located in the heart of the departures terminal, the new 780 m² VIP Lounge can accommodate 64 passengers and operates 24/7. Access is entirely exclusive, featuring biometric entry at the check-in hall, direct boarding to the runway, and streamlined security and immigration checks—eliminating queues and delays.

The design combines materials such as marble, natural walnut wood, colored glass, and premium textiles to create a sophisticated, warm, and functional ambiance. Every piece of furniture is designed to ensure privacy and comfort, with dedicated spaces for work or relaxation without interruptions.

Gourmet Dining and World-Class Mixology

One of the lounge’s standout features is its culinary offering. Chef Agustín Brañas, recognized by the Michelin Guide, leads a curated à la carte menu showcasing Argentina’s most representative flavors. This experience is complemented by a selection of Argentine wines and signature cocktails that elevate the service to new heights.

Technology, Art, and Meticulous Services

The new lounge spares no expense in technology or attention to detail. It offers high-speed Wi-Fi, real-time flight information, dedicated work and relaxation zones, showers, premium amenities, and an art exhibit curated by Nazli Kalayci. Additionally, it features a permanent Concierge service, valet parking, and exclusive parking spaces.

Who Is This Lounge Designed For?

Aeropuertos Argentina developed this VIP Lounge based on an in-depth study of its passenger profiles. Key groups include:

  • Opportunistic Travelers: Those who take advantage of weekends or holidays for quick getaways and value efficiency and time-saving processes.
  • VIP Passengers: A profile demanding exclusivity, comfort, personalized attention, and unique experiences. For them, a comprehensive package has been designed, including transfers, reserved parking, biometric controls, and exclusive spaces within the airport.

Daniel Ketchibachian, CEO of Aeropuertos Argentina, emphasized that this new development aligns with a strategic vision. “We want the airport experience to be a positive and memorable part of the journey, not an uncomfortable wait. That’s why we’ve invested in family-friendly spaces, work environments, pet-friendly areas, and this new VIP Lounge, which sets a new standard,” he stated.

He also noted that airport stays are increasingly influencing destination choices. The creation and direct operation of these lounges by Corporación América Airports are part of a long-term strategy.

Sustained Investment and International Recognition

The opening of this lounge is part of the ambitious investment plan Aeropuertos Argentina has been implementing since 2018. Over the past five years, more than $1 billion has been allocated to upgrades in terminals, runways, and platforms across the country.

Notable projects include the New Departures Terminal at Ezeiza, improvements at Aeroparque, Bariloche, Iguazú, and Mendoza, and new infrastructure at airports such as Santa Rosa, Puerto Madryn, and San Rafael.

This effort has also earned recognition. In 2024, Aeroparque Jorge Newbery was awarded the Routes Americas prize as the best airport in the Americas in the 4 to 20 million passenger category.
