EVA Air announced on Tuesday the launch of its new direct route between Taipei and Dallas, with operations commencing on October 3, 2025. This new service will feature three weekly flights, making Dallas the airline’s ninth passenger destination in North America. With this addition, EVA Air solidifies the most extensive flight network to the United States and Canada from Taiwan, connecting to Chicago, Houston, Los Angeles, New York, San Francisco, Seattle, Toronto, and Vancouver.
Clay Sun, President of EVA Air, explained that the decision was driven by a significant increase in passenger demand, fueled by business expansion and the demographic and economic growth in Dallas. “The city has become one of the most important economic and commercial hubs in the state,” he stated.

Since 1998, EVA Air has operated cargo flights to and from Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW). Now, with the introduction of passenger services, the airline strengthens its strategic position at an airport that ranks as the third largest in the world for passenger traffic and connections to cities across the United States, Central, and South America.
Operational Details of the New Service
The flights will be operated using Boeing 777-300ER aircraft on the following schedule:
Route | Flight | Frequency | Departure | Arrival |

Arriving early in the morning at Taoyuan International Airport will facilitate seamless connections to other Asian destinations served by the airline, reinforcing its hub in Taiwan and enhancing the travel experience for connecting passengers.
EVA Air’s expansion into Dallas not only addresses current demand but also reinforces its role as a bridge between Asia and North America. With a robust offering, a growing network, and a clear focus on efficient connectivity, the airline aims to solidify its position as a top choice for travelers crossing the Pacific.
