Emirates, the airline with the highest number of First Class seats globally—26,800 per week—has once again raised the bar for premium travel with a series of exclusive upgrades to its most luxurious cabin. With a fleet featuring only private suites in this category, the airline continues to refine every detail under its “Fly Better” motto.

Hospitality Service Meticulously Crafted

Among the highlights is a curated menu that tells the story behind Emirates’ wine selection. Passengers can explore the origins of rare bottles sourced from renowned châteaux, complete with detailed tasting profiles and pairing suggestions.

The signature unlimited caviar service, a hallmark of Emirates, is now presented in elegant engraved bowls by Robert Welch. The cheese board has also been elevated, served on a slate slab with accompaniments such as chutneys, honey with an exclusive dipper, and artisanal crackers.

Service is performed with gloves, underscoring the airline’s attention to detail.

Personalized Experience from the Start

On the ground, the First Class check-in area at Terminal 3 of Dubai International Airport is being revamped. Soon, it will offer a lounge-like environment with personalized services. Additionally, Emirates provides complimentary access to 43 luxury airport lounges worldwide and chauffeur-driven door-to-door transfers in most destinations.

Total Privacy and Futuristic Design in Every Suite

Passengers enjoy spacious suites that blend technology and privacy. On the A380, 14 suites are arranged in a 1-2-1 configuration, featuring a reclining bed, desk, and fold-out table. The B777’s Game Changer Suites include six units with floor-to-ceiling doors and a “zero gravity” function for deep sleep. Each suite offers temperature control, virtual windows for center seats, and personalized binoculars for window seats.

Emirates also provides 50 kg of checked baggage, a full-length wardrobe, overhead compartments, and additional cabin storage.

Comfort Designed for Rest

Beds are outfitted with plush mattresses, cotton-lined duvets, and a faux-sheepskin throw in the Game Changer aircraft. The Hydra Active pajamas use microcapsule technology to hydrate the skin during the flight, gradually releasing vitamin C and olive oil. The set includes a matching sleep mask and slippers.

Each suite features an exclusive Byredo amenity kit with facial mist, eye cream, sleep oil, and pillow spray. Bulgari kits include Le Gemme fragrances, a brush, mirror, dental kit, and other essentials, presented in champagne or chocolate leather cases.

Gourmet Dining Without Schedules

On long-haul flights, the multi-course menu is available on demand, featuring seasonal and locally sourced ingredients. Options include vegan dishes and movie snacks like Wagyu sliders, lobster rolls, edamame, and popcorn.

Caviar, always available, is served with seven accompaniments on mother-of-pearl spoons. Sweet and savory snacks, chocolates, dates, and take-home gift boxes are also provided. Each suite is stocked with snacks and still or sparkling water.

A World-Class Beverage Selection

Emirates is the only airline to serve Dom Pérignon champagne on all First Class routes. The drink menu features premium spirits like Stoli Elit 18 (Latvia), The Botanist (Scotland), Eminente Reserva 7-Year (Cuba), Glenmorangie Signet (Scotland), and Hennessy Paradis (France).

Emirates’ wine program boasts 6 million bottles stored in France, with some vintages not to be served until 2037. Current highlights include white Burgundies like Montrachet 2011 and Corton-Charlemagne 2014, and Grand Crus like Échezeaux and Clos Vougeot. Upcoming additions include Château Mouton Rothschild and Château d’Yquem.

The selection also features vintage Ports like Graham’s 1979 and Dow’s 1981, Lavazza specialty coffee, and Dilmah teas from Sri Lanka.

Next-Level Entertainment

Each suite includes a 32-inch Full HD LCD screen with over 6,500 channels in 40 languages. Passengers can choose from 4,000 hours of movies and series, plus content from HBO Max, Paramount+, Discovery+, and more.

The audio system features Bowers & Wilkins E1 headphones with active noise cancellation and sheepskin leather finishes.

Onboard Shower and Lounge on the A380

Emirates pioneered onboard showers. First Class passengers on the A380 have exclusive access to two Shower Spas, complete with heated floors, exotic flowers, and organic Voya products in two lines: Revitalise and Tranquillity.

First and Business Class passengers can also unwind in the A380’s Onboard Lounge, a bar serving premium spirits, snacks, booth seating, and a 55-inch screen displaying real-time views from the aircraft’s exterior cameras.
