Iberia Express has launched a special gastronomic offering to commemorate the month of May, particularly the Day of the Canary Islands. The airline has introduced a selection of products inspired by the islands’ traditional cuisine to its Economy cabin menu, available since the beginning of the month on all its flights.

This initiative, part of Iberia Express’s commitment to enhancing the onboard experience, features a curated variety of products representative of Canarian culinary traditions. Among them is a croissant roll with braised turkey, Majorero cheese, and mojo picón sauce—a combination celebrated for its authenticity and flavor. Also highlighted are banana cookies made with Canary Islands bananas, chocolate, and dulce de leche, designed for passengers with a sweet tooth, and Arehucas 7-year-old rum, a classic from the Canary distillery that now accompanies flights with a touch of local identity.

Special Discounts and Combos for the Day of the Canary Islands

All these products will be available with special discounts and offers tailored to celebrate the Day of the Canary Islands. Passengers can purchase them as part of the exclusive combos from Gastroteca Express, the airline’s onboard retail platform.
