Air Canada has confirmed that its non-stop route between Ottawa and London Heathrow Airport will continue through the 2025-2026 winter season. This guarantees permanent connectivity between Canada’s capital and one of the UK’s major international hubs.
Mark Galardo, Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer at Air Canada, as well as President of Cargo, emphasized that this decision reinforces the company’s leadership in the region: “Air Canada continues to solidify its presence in the nation’s capital. We are thrilled to maintain the connection to one of the world’s most important airports year-round. Customers traveling for business, corporate reasons, or leisure will benefit from the convenience of more international options to and from Ottawa.
