Flybondi to Add 10 Aircraft for 2025-2026 Austral Summer Season
Flybondi has presented its operational plan for the high season of 2025-2026, and the scale of the numbers marks a turning point in its history. The airline will reach a record of 15,000 scheduled flights, with expectations of transporting 2.8 million passengers. This represents a 56% increase compared to the previous summer.
Fleet Reinforcement with 10 Additional Aircraft
To support the projected strong demand, Flybondi confirmed the addition of 10 aircraft under the ACMI (Aircraft, Crew, Maintenance, Insurance) model. These aircraft—Airbus A320 and Boeing 737-800—will be operational between December and March, based in Buenos Aires (7 units) and Córdoba (3 units).
This fleet reinforcement will allow the company to increase its flight offerings by 50% compared to 2024, solidifying its position as the leading low-cost carrier in the country.

Increased Frequencies and New Routes
Flybondi will increase frequencies on its current routes by 40%, with a strong focus on national tourist destinations. Additionally, it announced four new domestic connections:
- Córdoba – Asunción
- Córdoba – Puerto Iguazú
- Córdoba – El Calafate
- Córdoba – Ushuaia
These are in addition to seven international routes previously confirmed:
- Buenos Aires – Maceió
- Buenos Aires – Salvador de Bahía
- Buenos Aires – Asunción
- Buenos Aires – Encarnación
- Puerto Iguazú – Lima
- Córdoba – Rio de Janeiro
- Córdoba – Florianópolis
With this expansion, the company’s total network will reach 32 routes: 22 domestic (7 of which bypass Buenos Aires) and 10 international.
Córdoba, a Key Piece in the Strategy
The Ingeniero Taravella Airport will be a strategic hub for the season. From there, 7 domestic and 3 international routes will be operated, enhancing connectivity for the province and expanding options for travelers from the country’s interior.
Flybondi’s CEO, Mauricio Sana, emphasized that the expansion aims not only to improve connectivity but also to contribute to the development of the provinces: “The new routes will generate many jobs and development in the destinations, two important drivers for stimulating regional economies. This underscores Flybondi’s and its new investors’ commitment to establishing the airline as a key player in the industry, offering simple, safe, efficient travel with the best fares.”
Charter Operations and Cruise Season
The airline also confirmed it will add more than 280 charter flights to its regular operations. Starting in January 2026, there will be departures to Brazil from Córdoba, Rosario, and Salta, while in November, Buenos Aires — Ushuaia flights will resume, coinciding with the cruise season to Antarctica.
