Copa Airlines, with the support of the Panama Tourism Authority (ATP) and the International Tourism Promotion Fund of Panama (PROMTUR), held the “Elevating Panamanian Tourism Together” tourism training forum. This initiative brought together nearly 500 participants, including students, business owners, trade associations, and representatives from public institutions.
The free-access event aimed to strengthen the capabilities of the Panamanian tourism ecosystem by providing practical tools and sharing experiences that promote the sustainable development of the sector and the growth of local businesses.

During his speech, Pedro Heilbron, CEO of Copa Airlines, highlighted the importance of the event as part of the airline’s strategy to contribute to Panama’s international positioning.
