LATAM Airlines, the leading airline group in South America, continues its comprehensive transformation process with a proposal that redefines the travel experience both at airports and onboard. Its goal: to offer a consistent, sophisticated experience connected with the essence of the region for all passengers who choose to fly with the company.
Starting December 1, 2025, travelers in Premium Business cabins will experience a completely renewed proposal, inspired by South American design, hospitality, and identity. The airline aims to convey, through every detail, the warmth, diversity, and elegance that characterize the continent.
A Proposal Inspired by the Colors and Landscapes of South America
The new Premium Business experience design takes as its starting point a color palette that evokes the blues of the Pacific, the greens of the Amazon, and the warm tones of the desert and the mountain ranges. This combination seeks to reflect the continent’s natural and cultural richness, projecting a warm and sophisticated atmosphere onboard.

“With this new proposal, we want to redefine in-flight hospitality from a Latin American perspective. We aim for every interaction to reflect the warmth, elegance, and authenticity of our region. This redesign not only raises the standard of service but also celebrates the best of South America with an exclusive, personalized experience deeply connected to our identity,” said Paulo Miranda, Vice President of Customers at LATAM Airlines Group.
More Comfort, Design, and Personalized Service
The Premium Business cabin redesign incorporates improvements focused on comfort, design, and hospitality. LATAM has developed new protocols to offer more personalized, high-standard service, where every detail is designed to elevate the passenger experience.
Notable new features include an enhanced coffee experience, three-course menus for lunch or dinner, and a completely renewed cocktail menu. Furthermore, all service elements have been redesigned with a more elegant and harmonious aesthetic, aligned with the cabin’s new image.
A Visual Aesthetic Conveying Adventure and Sophistication
The design of the new proposal is based on three key visual concepts:
- Contrasting color blocks, evoking adventure and warmth.
- Expressive patterns, present in every detail, reflecting the product’s character and personality.
- Airy neutral tones, with warm combinations and soft textures that provide a sense of spaciousness, cleanliness, and sophistication.
Amenity Kits with Conscious Luxury and Natural Essence
As part of the renewal, LATAM introduces its new amenity kits, designed with a focus on nature and conscious luxury. These include cosmetic products from Costa Brazil, a brand recognized for its sustainable commitment and inspiration from the natural resources of the Amazon. Each kit aims to offer an authentic, elegant experience aligned with the Latin American identity.
