Air France is preparing to open a new VIP lounge in Terminal 4 of London Heathrow Airport. The inauguration is scheduled for spring 2026 and aims to offer a more comprehensive service to passengers flying from one of Europe’s busiest airports. Access will be available to La Première and Business* customers, Flying Blue Elite Plus members, and eligible KLM and SkyTeam partner airline travelers.

Design and Services Focused on Comfort

The project was developed by Air France’s internal teams in collaboration with the agency SGK Brandimage. The lounge will span over 750 square meters and have a capacity of around 150 people. The plan includes dining areas with offerings inspired by French gastronomy and a bar with a curated selection of French wines and champagnes. There will also be dedicated rest zones, a spa area, and comfortable workspaces. The goal is to create a calm and elegant atmosphere for those awaiting their flights or making connections.

A Key Point in Air France’s European Network

Heathrow is a strategic airport within the airline’s short- and medium-haul network. During the winter season, Air France operates up to seven daily flights between London Heathrow and Paris Charles de Gaulle. From the Paris hub, passengers can continue to any destination within the company’s global network.

Expansion to London Gatwick

In addition to the development at Heathrow, Air France will add operations at London Gatwick. Starting March 29, 2026, the company will offer two daily flights from Paris Charles de Gaulle to that airport. This expansion strengthens the airline’s presence in the British market and complements the opening of the new lounge.
