Aeromexico Inaugurates New Route Between Monterrey and Paris

Aeromexico launched direct operations between Monterrey International Airport and Paris, France, this Monday. This new connection not only expands the airline’s international offerings but also solidifies Monterrey as the primary connection hub in Northern Mexico, positioning the state of Nuevo Leon as a strategic point for international tourism and investment.

Consolidating Monterrey as an International Hub

The addition of this direct flight to the French capital joins an expanding network that already includes key destinations such as New York, Toronto, and Vancouver. With this inclusion, the airport now offers a total of 64 direct flights to various destinations.

Ricardo Dueñas, CEO of OMA Aeropuertos, highlighted that this route reinforces the Monterrey terminal’s role as the most important aviation hub in the northern part of the country. Less than two months away from the start of the 2026 World Cup, this opening is essential to bolster strategic connectivity between Mexico and the European continent.

The route will operate with three weekly frequencies via a non-stop service. The established flight schedules for this operation are as follows:

Capacity and Aircraft

The service is operated using Boeing 787 Dreamliner equipment, a state-of-the-art aircraft designed for long-haul transatlantic routes. This model allows Aeromexico to offer a capacity of 1,500 weekly seats on this route.
