Contingency Plan: Valencia Designated as Alternate Airport
With the firm objective of ensuring service continuity and facilitating travel for all affected passengers, the airline will operate three frequencies this week between Madrid and Valencia, Venezuela. To achieve this, Arturo Michelena International Airport will serve as the designated strategic alternate while technical restrictions remain in place at the capital’s main airport.
This emergency schedule has been structured exclusively to provide mobility solutions for travelers flying to or from the South American nation, thereby minimizing the collateral impact of the contingency in Caracas.

- Madrid – Valencia: Scheduled departure at 15:30
- Valencia – Madrid: Scheduled takeoff at 21:05
