Emirates will resume flights to the United States in June with the world’s largest passenger aircraft, the Airbus A380, the airline said on its website.

After the pandemic-induced demand crisis forced Emirates to ground its large fleet of the superjumbo, starting June 1, one of the airline’s twice daily flights between Dubai and New York-JFK will be operated by an Airbus A380.

We were also able to verify that as of July 1, the airline will start flying again with the A380 to both Los Angeles and Washington-Dulles.

Emirates’ Airbus A380s are thus returning to the United States after a long absence, which is sure to thrill passengers and aviation fans alike.
