Avianca will resume operations between Bogota and San Juan (Puerta Rico) on Wednesday, June 2, according to Carlos Mercado, executive director of the Puerto Rico Tourism Company (PRTC).
Flights from Bogota will take off at 15:15, arriving in San Juan at 19:10. From the Puerto Rican capital it will depart at 21:10 and land at El Dorado airport at 23:10.
Initially, the route will have two flights a week, a number that is projected to increase during the summer and fall months until reaching a frequency of one daily flight by December of this year, Mercado explained in a press release.
