Wingo Expands Operations to Barranquilla with Additional Flights for Colombia National Team Fans
Wingo announced this Friday an increase in flights on its Bogotá–Barranquilla route to meet the rising demand driven by the upcoming match of the Colombia National Team against Peru. In total, eight additional flights will operate between June 5 and 9, key dates for transporting fans who wish to support the national team in the capital of Atlántico.
Enhanced Capacity for a Decisive Match
The company’s decision responds directly to the national excitement for the qualifying match. According to the airline, over 1,500 additional seats will be made available on this route, representing a significant increase in capacity to accommodate this temporary surge.
Ticket prices start at COP 242,000 for a one-way Basic fare, which includes one personal item onboard.
