Copa Airlines Extends Flight Suspension to Venezuela Until December 18
Copa Airlines announced that it continues to monitor and evaluate the necessary conditions to guarantee the operational safety of its flights to Venezuela. As a result of this analysis, the company has decided to extend the temporary suspension of its operations to and from Caracas until Thursday, December 18, 2025.
The airline explained that this decision is due to the need to operate in a reliable environment, especially given recent intermittencies in navigation signals. Therefore, its technical team continues to review the conditions and verify every element related to approaches and procedures at the destination airport.
Increased Flights to Cúcuta and Evaluation of Alternatives
During this period, and in response to the high seasonal demand, Copa Airlines has increased its operations to Cúcuta, Colombia, with the goal of offering greater availability to travelers who need to travel on routes near Venezuela.
